Meet Gary Gild and Jarrad Gordon, the powerful duo behind J3G Construction.

Gary has building in his bones. He was ‘on the tools’ from a young age, inspired to follow in his father's footsteps as the owner of a successful construction company. Gary went on to study building and construction management, proving invaluable in his fast progression as a construction manager for high end harbourside and beachside projects.
With an exceptional eye for detail and style, Gary builds and renovates to exacting standards. You’ll find him on site, managing our exceptional team of trade professionals and usually getting his hands dirty too.

Jarrad brings multi million dollar property development expertise to form the synergistic team that is J3G Construction. With formal qualifications in building and property economics, along with hands-on construction experience, he ensures your project runs smoothly and effortlessly, on time and on budget.Jarrad manages the all important administrative aspects of building: contracts, schedules, reports and council approvals. He also has a keen eye for beautiful, timeless style that endures, and can offer advice on finishes and other key decisions.
Jarrad has a wealth of construction industry knowledge that he happily shares with clients.
Construction Process
Streamlined project management gives you complete clarity and confidence.
1. Consultation
We begin with a free consultation and site visit to discuss your property goals and timelines. Building is a big thing to do, and many people are unsure where to start. If it’s your first time, we'll talk you through the process so you’ll know what to expect.
2. Architecture
Once we have a clear understanding of what you want and need, we'll work with your architect to get plans drawn up. If you don’t have an architect, we can put you in touch with one of our experts. With plans in place, we move on to costings, timelines, contracts and reporting.
3. Contracts
We price the job off architectural plans, and liaise with your architect on engineering and council requirements such as BASIX reports and approvals. Schedules lay out the project in detail, so you’ll be clear on the timing and cost for each stage. Building contracts are required by law, and we’ll walk you through these too.
4. Construction
This is the exciting part, when building begins and your vision starts coming to life. J3G manages all construction from start to finish: directing trade professionals, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines and budget, and always keeping you involved through regular updates.
